Your energy level going downward? Are you become tetchy due to daily life stress? If you read this article means you are feeling not well due to low energy level. May be when you come home from office you lay down to bed or unable to give time to your family, No energy to play with your child. Many problems may occur if your energy not increase. 

But don't worry in this article I will show you some energy food that give you energy. Eat these or add to your diet plan and see the result after few days. 

1) PEANUT BUTTER :


Peanut butter is one of the most energetic food and very helpful for you.It is very tasty and must need add to your diet plan.

WHY PEANUT BUTTER CAN GIVE YOU ENERGY?

1) Peanuts contains Omega-3 fatty acid which help to reduce pain.
2) It makes our heart healthy.
3) Improve brain and memory power.
4) Peanut butter is best to increase stamina.
5) It contains high calorie.

Keep in mind peanut butter gives you energy but for some people it may not good if they consume daily. Home made peanut butter contains low sugar but commercial packed peanut butter has more sugar and hydrogenated oil which may increase cholesterol and body weight. If any doubt then consult with your diet planner.

2) BANANA AND STRAWBERRY :   


We all love banana and strawberry, If you need more energy then add this at your diet chart, you will feel much better and healthy.

We all know coffee is one best instant energy producer. After wake up in morning one cup of coffee is just amazing. Coffee fights against tiredness. In the morning it gives energy and helps to do your work and In afternoon when you are tired or stressful then it helps to boost your energy level.

Corn is the low calorie and high energy food.This is the food where find presence of fiber respectively high. That is the reason it helps to give more energy.
